Let Me Eat is a game set in a dangerous ocean where survival is a constant challenge. Help the cute Frenzy fish grow up and survive in the big sea. The player takes control of Frenzy, a small and vulnerable fish at the outset of the game, who must evade the larger predatory fish in the area to stay alive. To grow and become more powerful, Frenzy must consume smaller fish. With each meal, Frenzy grows larger and more capable of defending himself against larger predators. Ultimately, the goal is to become the top predator in the ocean and dominate the food chain.
Players can enjoy 40 different levels of increasing difficulty. Each level presents new challenges and bigger, stronger fish to eat. Once all levels are completed, players can unlock the attack time mode, which is an extra challenge mode where they need to eat as much as possible within a limited time.
You can either use the arrow keys or swipe your mouse. If you need to switch control methods, simply press the "Menu" button located on the top left of your screen. For mobile devices, you can control the fish by swiping your finger across the screen.
As Frenzy grows bigger, he becomes a part of a bigger food chain, giving him access to more diverse prey. This allows him to continue to increase his size and power. In the beginning, Frenzy may have been one of the smaller fish in the ocean, but as he grows, weaker fish become his prey and help him to grow even larger. As you progress through the levels, the game becomes more challenging as the smaller fish become more agile and harder to catch.
The growth bar in the game displays the progress of your fish's development. As your fish consumes smaller and smaller fish, the bar fills up and your fish grows in size. With each growth spurt, your fish becomes capable of eating larger fish. Only when the growth bar is completely full can your fish consume any fish on the screen.
Prioritize your own survival before hunting other fish. While you can capture smaller fish to grow larger, you must also be aware of larger and more dangerous fish that can catch you. You need to be cautious and dodge these dangerous fish as you navigate through the ocean. The ability to wriggle through tight spaces can be a useful skill in avoiding danger. As you compete with other fish for food, if losing your own fish will result in a game over.
